Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Your support means we are able to donate 100% of our net proceeds to local nonprofit organizations who are doing great work in the community. As a result of our donated proceeds, we are only able to offer exchanges for your order. There are no refunds. 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange your item(s) within 14 days of your purchase. Once your exchanged item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once it has been processed, including tracking details.

Shipping

• Please contact us for return shipping address.

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Eligibility for Exchanges

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging, with tags attached.
